Here at JCclick we want our customers to be happy with their purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product we will exchange it or credit your, subject to terms below. This applies to products only bought from JCclick Shop.

This Shipping & Returns policy forms part of JCclick Shop’s Terms & Conditions, Words defined in the Terms & Conditions will have the same meaning in the Shipping & Return policy, unless it’s specified otherwise.

  1.  Unwanted products

You may return a product if.

– It’s still in original packaging that is undamaged, in original condition.

– You have log a return about the product within 7 days to shop.jcclick@gmail.com

– It is unused & undamaged, with the original labels and stickers still attached.

We reserve the right to refuse a return, if the unwanted product is returned damaged, not in a re-saleable condition or missing any accessories.

If you want to return a product you may do so provided the products is not.

  • A voucher:
  • Books or any hard or soft related products;
  • Lingerie, swimwear or underwear or anything intimate related;
  • Jewellery for piercings;
  • Any consumables that have an expiry date.
  • A product that was customized or personalised to your specifications.

This product or item will be collected from your house. If after the inspection of the product we are happy, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product (no cash refund) within 10 days of the return of the product. Refunds may take as long as 2-6 working days to reflect in your account here at JCclick Shop.

Unfortunately, delivery and package costs are non-refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us.

Handling Fees may be charged and is calculated at our own discretion per each individual order. The handling fee will include transport fees and/or custom work included in completion of the product.

  1. Products that are heavy or large may have additional delivery fees even when the order has qualified for free shipping. We will contact you in regards with oversize/weight orders.
  2. It is compulsory to leave a daytime cell/tell number for us to contact you during delivery hours.
  3. Shipping is based on your location & postal codes (e.g. City centres vs. regional areas)
  4. JCclick Shop may have the right to change shipping costs at any time.
  5. Shipping prices added on our website may not always be correct and may be change if needed. (even after a transaction)


  1. JCclick shop will provide a delivery system to our clients that we trust and also think is best, The Courier Guy is our main delivery courier but may vary.

  1. JCclick Shop will deliver goods as soon as possible, (with-in 30 days)
  2. Please note that some products if handmade and is going to take additional time, customer will be notified if the product is taking longer than normal.
  3. When items are in stock we aim to send them out within 2 to 3 business days, exceptions being around Christmas and Sale periods, when delivery times will change. Dispatched goods are sent out on a 48 – 72 hour delivery but please understand that sometimes there are delays – regrettably no delivery service is infallible, and estimated delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed.
  4. We will contact you directly to make arrangements for delivery of your order. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives. We will only charge you for delivery once per order.
